The on-strength establishment of the RCMP throughout Canada was 20,866. This means your opportunities for promotion are extremely competitive and to be short listed for a position your score must be competitive. In 1997 as a result of the new promotional process based on feedback from the members, and in consultation Sandra J. Day & Associates developed innovative and timely processes to follow emerging trends defined by the Force.

Sandra Day and her team have been delivering JSE coaching throughout the Province and in Regina since 1997 with tremendous success including Prince George, Terrace, Kelowna , Dawson Creek , Williams Lake , Nelson and Surrey.

She continues to assist members who have completed her exam training with preparation of PRPs and Structured Resumes, which has resulted in an extraordinary number of members achieving the promotion they desire in all ranks. Members who complete the exam program will be considered first for assistance with PRPs due to the high demand on the writing team from clients throughout Canada .
